Fast-paced, fun and reputable 40 year old North Miami Video Equipment Rental and Production Support Firm seeks a Very Sharp Receptionist.

Budget Video Rentals has virtually all of the latest and greatest video cameras, audio and video recorders (digital and tape) and an extremely wide assortment of grip, lighting, support, infrared and specialized underwater gear and a lot more. We need to service a growing number of clients - mostly by phone from our North Miami location.

The right person for this position must enjoy multi-tasking. We need an experienced juggler to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Experience in customer relations, with some marketing and sales, is necessary. The duties of this position vary from day to day, hour to hour.

Required is:
-EXCELLENT customer service and customer relations skills;
-Ability to communicate with customers and potential customers via telephone, email
-Strong administrative organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment;
-Superb verbal and written communication skills;
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
-An eye for details;
-Ability to make problem solving plans;
-Excellent telephone, computer and people skills, energy, and drive;
-Ability to do in depth research on the internet;
-Outstanding computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and more.
