Budget Video Rentals developed the PoleLite for Reality based television production "running gun" situations where you do not want to see where the light source is or feel that source. The PoleLite is a very soft globe which runs on supplied 12v DC brick or belt batteries (we have both). The fishpole is capable of extending the globe away from the operator any distance up to ten feet. This unit has been on numerous long-running reality shows and is used just about every day in some location or another.
