"SDX900 Video Outputs on Camera"

Issues arise when the menu set video output is SDI (assuming there is an SDI option card in the camera...) and you attempt to look at picture on an NTSC composite monitor. Nothing happens, no picture. Another problem with no picture can be solved by turning the physical toggle switch on the camera to the "on" position.
